Digital whistleblower system

Klosterfrau Group

Many parts of a compliance management system deal with the prevention of compliance violations.

The main focus is on the ongoing improvement of prevention in order to protect employees and the company from future damage.

Compliance violations can be detected through recurring or sample-based audits.

However, they can also be detected through specific information provided by whistleblowers.

Whistleblowers, whether they are internal or external (e.g., suppliers, customers) knowledge carriers, can, under certain circumstances, bring significant compliance violations to the attention of the company.

Our whistleblower system will be introduced before the German law comes into force, as we want to promote trust among our employees and customers in the regulatory compliance of our companies.

After reviewing various providers, we have decided on the “Hintbox” from the company lawcode.
